These terms are available in several languages for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who sells

The products of the Planned Collection are sold by Rascunho D' Alma Lda., NIF 519 722 515, with registered office at R. do Melão N5A, Pavilhão C, Codiceira, 2705-571 São João das Lampas, Sintra. Contact: comercial@planned.pt · +351922272208 (call to a Portuguese mobile network).

2. The product

The Zénite is a height-adjustable desk with an electric metal frame (black or white legs), a 19 mm laminate tabletop in 5 finishes, a metal cable grommet with the Planned.pt mark laser-engraved, and a controller with 4 preset heights and up/down arrows. The tabletop is cut to the size you specify (from 100 to 160 cm long and from 60 to 75 cm wide), with square or round corners. The images on the website are illustrative and aim to represent the product as accurately as possible. The colour of the tabletop may vary slightly between the screen and the actual product.

3. Price

The price is 399 €, VAT included, whatever the size of the tabletop. Round corners cost 35 € extra per desk. Delivery is free in mainland Portugal. There are no other costs. The amount in the summary, before you send the order, is the final price.

4. How to order

  1. You choose the configuration and send the order. At this stage you pay nothing and the order does not yet bind either party.
  2. We confirm the stock and your details and send you, by email or phone, a secure payment link.
  3. The contract is concluded when we receive payment and send you the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will let you know and will not charge you anything.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the secure link we send you. This site does not collect card details. We issue an invoice with the tax number (NIF) you provide (optional).

6. Delivery

Delivery in 25 working days, counted from payment confirmation, in mainland Portugal (postcodes 1000 to 8999). For Madeira and the Azores, contact us. The desk is delivered unassembled, in a package with the leg kit (frame), the tabletop and the fixing screws; assembly is not included and is carried out by the customer, following the instructions supplied with the product. On receiving the desk, check the packaging and the product; if there is transport damage, note it on the delivery slip and let us know on the same day.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days): does not apply to this desk

The desk is made to the consumer’s specifications (the sizes and corners you choose). Under the law (Article 17(1)(c) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014), the right of withdrawal, i.e. to return the product within 14 days without giving a reason, does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. That is why we ask you, before sending the order, to confirm that you understand this.

8. Legal guarantee and defective products

New goods carry a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery (Decree-Law No. 84/2021). If the desk has a defect or does not match what you ordered, you are entitled to repair or replacement at no cost to you; if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. This guarantee also applies to made-to-measure goods. To claim it, contact us with the order number and photographs. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, falls, excessive humidity or third-party intervention.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

The Electronic Complaints Book is available to you. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity (list at consumidor.gov.pt).

10. Personal data

We use your data to process the order, deliver and invoice, and keep it for the time required by law (for example, invoices, 10 years). More information in the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and changes

Portuguese law applies. These terms may change; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
